Shipping, Payment & Returns

Payment — Venmo

Submit your order

Build your order in the cart and confirm. You receive an order number (format IB-YYMMDD-####) on screen and by email.

Send the Venmo transfer

Send the exact order total to @John-Holmes-306 and put your order number in the Venmo note so the payment can be matched.

Confirmation

Once the transfer clears, your order moves from Awaiting Payment to Paid and enters the packing queue. Orders unpaid after 5 days are released.

No card processing is handled on this site. No payment details are stored by Idol Body.

Refrigerate lyophilized vials on receipt; do not leave at room temperature

Returns

Because these are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned or resold. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if a shipment arrives damaged, short, or with broken seals, and include your order number plus photos of the outer carton and vials. Verified damage or fulfillment errors are replaced or refunded in full.

Certificates of analysis

Every lot is HPLC-verified for identity and purity. A certificate of analysis for the lot shown on your product page is available on request — include the compound name and the lot code (for example IB-4000) and it will be sent as a PDF.
